Hi! I’m Johan Widjaja
I’m an attorney/legal technologist learning how to code Python and R for data science applications from scratch.
For god’s sake… why?
I lead a data science group now and function primarily as the translator for the attorneys and the data science team. This includes identifying business cases, where our team could shed some light and build data products. Thus far, my knowledge of SQL and statistics has been sufficient. I believe machine learning will provide many new use cases in the practice and business of law. Basic technical knowledge on how this works in practice and in theory will help me identify new opportunities.
